Sunday was a great start to the Ecclesiastes sermon series! Pastor Daniel took what can be a very down and confusing chapter and made it practical. If you’ve ever wanted to understand Ecclesiastes more, I encourage you to join us for this new series. You can watch the first message here, and then keep up with us each week moving forward. There are no situations in life to which God’s word has not already spoken. Ecclesiastes is full of wisdom and insight that applies exactly to where we are today. I hope you’ll join us!
I also want to mention two summer events that are quickly approaching. First, Kids Week is June 27-30. This is a week we’ve planned especially for 4-year-olds to rising 6th graders. They will have fun and will also learn more about Jesus each day. I was saved at Vacation Bible School, which is similar to our Kids Week, so I personally know the impact it can have. Make sure to sign your kids up! We also need volunteers to help serve. If you’d be willing to give a little of your time for four days, you can know your efforts will not be in vain. You can click here to register your kids and/or to sign up to help.
Second, Freedom Fest is just a couple weeks away! Sunday, July 3, each of our campuses will be having a massive party as we celebrate God and country. There will be inflatables and games for the kids, plus active duty military and their families eat free. We’ll have a catered BBQ meal, or you can bring your own picnic lunch. It will be an afternoon of fun for your whole family that you do not want to miss. Sign up now so we know you’re coming! Click here to register.
It is a joy to be your Pastor!
