In this season of giving, I just want to remind you about the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering and The Big Give. 100% of money given towards Lottie Moon goes to support international missions. It provides missionaries the services they need to live among the unreached peoples they serve. Your generosity towards The Big Give will enable us to launch the new Gloucester campus, expand the children’s area at Hampton by doing portable church in the existing gym, and provide a chapel to be used by all our campuses for weddings and funerals. Additionally, did you know that our Christmas Eve services are just 12 days away? That means there are only 12 days left to invite people to attend! Studies have proven that people are more open to coming to church on Christmas than they are other times of the year. What a great opportunity we have to invite people in Hampton Roads to experience the true meaning of Christmas. It is our prayer that many will come to know the Lord and the love that He has for them. Services at all of our locations are at 7:00 p.m. on the 23rd and 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. on the 24th. Invite cards are available as well. Grab some this week and invite, invite, invite!
This Sunday, we’ll be back in our series on Joy looking at Luke 15, and it will be a special time coming to the Lord’s Table. I’m praying now that the Lord will use this passage and the sermon to be an encouragement to you.
